Chemical peels

Treatment at our clinic

A chemical peel removes dead skin cells and stimulates new cell production, tightening skin, softening fine lines and restoring a more youthful appearance. It can improve fine lines, uneven pigmentation, shallow acne scarring, and sun-damaged or age-spotted skin.

How it works

Peel depth depends on the chemical used. At your consultation, we carry out a full skin assessment and recommend the peel best suited to your concern — for most peels, you’ll prepare your skin for around two weeks beforehand with a recommended home routine.

During the peel you’ll feel heat and mild tingling for a few minutes. Afterwards, skin can feel tight or dry for a few days, with visible shedding more noticeable after deeper peels. Results depend on peel strength, contact time and type, which we’ll walk through in detail at your consultation.

Sun exposure should be avoided after any peel — new skin is more sensitive and vulnerable to damage. We’ll advise a home skincare plan to support fast, healthy recovery. Most conditions respond best to a course of 4–6 treatments, 3–4 weeks apart.
